I'm sorry about your experience with our delivery team and the time frame. I also apologize for the experience with our warehouse will-call. I'm looking into what happened and will pass on your complaint to our manager over the warehouse, the store, and the delivery manager. I'm not sure why you were treated that way during your pick-up and why the time frame was that way. I'm following up with them and will get back to you.
