"Complaint. Warranty not being reasonably addressed. Consumer complained about rough mechanical opening of recliner. First visit out, the questionable employee in a t shirt and dirty jeans came out and stated the frame was bent during shipping and had to order a new base frame, three weeks. Few months later we called RC and had clarified contact number and set date for repair. Second Repair: Same person (not a technician at all) returned with a screw driver in hand and NO frame? Upon repairing he stated the frame was not screwed in the correct holes and he relocated and re-secured the frame and it is fine now. He left without any paperwork or information. Sitting on the couch, it currently, after the second repair is like being on a roller coaster ride, very bumpy up and down on the recliner. We set up a third appointment for 6-2-2017 and another day off work. We have 2 (posted signage) surveillance on the property and we recommend that a manager review the extreme poor and lack of reasonable service the service call. Your employee drove in our driveway, turned around, stopped for 43 seconds and drove out. Unbelievable. We then called his cell, no answer, left message. Called the store and they called him, funny thing, she called him the driver?? Store informs us he is already on the freeway. At the exact time, she stated this, we are looking at him at the corner down the street. We are not happy and all we want is a couch that works. The first set sent out where someone else's couch and we had no couches for 4 weeks longer. The second set (correct couches) came with a smashed side cushion and damaged. The third set, currently has either shipping damage or unknown problem based on the two calls out already. We have called another outside company to come and document the problem. We called the local store in Sacramento Ca. from our cell phones and requested a manager to call. We called a second and third time on the cell phones and still no call back by a supervisor or manager. "
