Poor Products/ Poor Service


My name is Micheal and I have purchased several pieces of furniture from RC Willey in Reno Nevada. I am very disappointed after speaking with their customer service representative regarding issues I'm having with my bed and my recliner chairs.

After having my bed for only 2 years, the main support, side board, has split causing my bed to collapse. The bed has not been misused or moved and I only weight 200 pounds. Now I have books stacked under the bed to support it so I have a place to sleep. Also my reclining chairs are having issues as they have a "clunking" feeling as I rock and the swivels feel like they are loose.

Their representative and his supervisor suggested I pay to have the furniture inspected. After owning the chairs for 1 year and 2 years on the bed, I find it insulting that I be asked to pay to have these inspected and repaired. I have spent thousands of dollars with their company and will not be a returning customer if their service is this substandard and their products are even lower.
