These guys really can't deliver. I bought a bedroom set in February of 2012, that was supposedto be delivered on March 18th, and then April 15th, and now May 31st. When I called customer service to ask them what the hold up was, I was told that the furniture wasn't even made yet and then it had to ship from China! My complaints fell on deaf ears as they told me that there was nothing that they could do, and offered me no compensation what-so-ever. I guess that "RC" stands for "Really Crappy." We need to picket these liars, who sell nothing more than empty promises.

I'm not sure why our manager called your son-in-law when you asked to be called yourself. I apologize for the confusion. Which store was it and what was the correct name on the account for the purchase? I'll be able to better look into that part if you can provide that information for me.

As for the product, the only reason(s) that it wouldn't be in stock is:
1) If it's a new product which we had so many in-stock and we are still ordering more (so it would be back-ordered).
2) It's a special ordered product where it takes time to get it from the manufacturer.
3) It's something that RC Willey only has a few still available due to RC Willey not carrying the item any-more or the vendor isn't carrying it anymore. It would then be a close-out item.

I'd have to have more info to find out for sure as to why it wasn't in stock. Again, I apologize that it wasn't at our store when you purchases it.

The bedroom set in question was bought for my daughter and son-in-law. I went into the store where I bought the set yesterday and spoke to customer service. I was told that a manger would call me back, and I even wrote my contact information down for them. Instead, the manager called my son-in-law 2 hours later and told him that there was nothing that could be done and that he was just out of luck. No compensation of any kind was offered. I mean, how can you guys sell crap that you don't even have?
