I have purchased an entertainment center and was told it would take 2 weeks for delivery and it took 7 weeks and 5 calls to them until I finally received it. THEY have never called me to give me an update nor apologies and whenever I called they just said the order hasn't come in yet and couldn't wait to get me off the phone. I honestly didn't appreciate being treated like this from a store that brags on their "customer service." When Walker Furniture was late with delivery, they called the day before the order was promised, apologized, offered to deliver the items for free and send me an apology letter with a certificate for next purchase. You would think RC Willey would at least call and apologize. BUT NO!
Next time, I went to purchase a living room set, almost $3,000 of merchandize they again said it would be ready for pick up the next day and I rented a truck that morning to be ready for pick up and they call later that afternoon saying one of the items didn't come in. I don't know why I was surprised. Stupid of me. Again, not even an apology so I am done with this store. If their business doesn't care about my satisfaction, I don't care about their business either.
